Grow thru Grief

This 5-week class is offered periodically throughout the year at Iowa River Hospice. This is a support group designed to help those having a difficult time managing grief. The class provides videos, exercises to work through grief, and time to talk to others experiencing the same thing.

Participants are asked to attend all five classes. We encourage you to wait until after the 3rd month of grief to attend the group. This allows time to begin to experience grief, move past the numbness and to have the chance to be able to express feelings.
