(per patient/family request or need) - Nursing - Trained in pain & symptom
management, coordinates all services. On call 24 hours a day
- Medical - Hospice Medical Director available as necessary

Nurse Aides - Assist in personal care, respite, errands, meal preparation, and housekeeping duties
- Social Workers
- Assist caregivers in coping with stress, financial issues, and arrange for other community resources
- Chaplain -
Provide prayer, scripture, spiritual support and music therapy
- Bereavement Counselors - Support the family after the
death of a loved one
- Volunteers - Assist patients and families in various ways
- Therapist and Nutritionist
- As needed
- Pharmacy & Durable Medical Equipment - As related to illness
