Wish List
Here is a list of some of the items that would help us provide for our patients and their families:
- Books for bereavement library – Contact the Social Workers office at Iowa River Hospice 641-753-7704
- Coffee – regular and decaf including Keurig cups for the family kitchen
- Cookies for the family kitchen
- Gardening tools (clippers, shovels, rakes, brooms & other outdoor equipment)
- Newspaper subscription for area newspapers for the hospice home patients/families
- Paper products including printer paper, paper towels, and tissue
- Lift chair for hospice home patient room
- Accent chairs for hospice home patient rooms
Long term needs include
- Establishing a shady area in the yard with trees and bushes in specific areas. Please call us if you are interested in that project.
- Refurnishing the Hospice Home with new furniture
