In Loving Memory of Kaitlyn Cross 💙

Iowa River Hospice was honored to care for Kaitlyn and her family during her journey. Kaitlyn was a bright, courageous 17-year-old whose strength and spirit inspired everyone who met her.

One of Kaitlyn’s greatest wishes was to attend a concert by her favorite bands — Three Days Grace and Breaking Benjamin. With the help of her care team and community partners, we were able to make that wish come true with VIP backstage passes. That night, Kaitlyn shared with a smile, “This is the best night I’ve ever had.”

Kaitlyn’s joy, kindness, and bravery left an incredible impact on all of us. We are deeply grateful to have been a small part of her story and to have witnessed the love and strength she shared with those around her.

Our hearts remain with her family and loved ones as we remember and honor Kaitlyn’s beautiful life.
