Little things mean the most

Sometimes, it’s the little things that mean the most. One of our hospice patients recently shared that nothing sounded good to eat—until she mentioned craving some good, crunchy fried chicken from Pizza Ranch.

When Pizza Ranch heard, they were more than happy to donate a meal just for her. The smile on her face when she received that chicken said it all — it truly made her week.

She shared that it’s something we often take for granted — being able to get what sounds good whenever we want. Living in a facility, those simple joys aren’t always easy to come by.

A huge thank you to Pizza Ranch for this thoughtful act of kindness that brought so much joy to one of our patients.
